Preservation Engineer

For nearly three decades, Justin has helped clients solve problems on projects involving historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and repair and maintenance of existing buildings. He has taught preservation-related courses at Johns Hopkins University and at the University of Pennsylvania and served as Publications Co-Chair of APT International from 2015 to 2020. He is a licensed professional engineer in ten states, an APT Fellow, and an APT Recognized Professional.
